Hello from the Ozarks!
My husband and I fell in love with wood fired brick ovens on our first trip to Italy in '97. We yearned for a Pompeii brick oven but knew that it really is beyond our skill set. We decided on a modular oven kit and ordered the Casa2G90. It's our Christmas present to each other.
We have been reading and absorbing the great information on this web site for a couple of years now and feel confident about setting the oven.
Thank you everyone for your generosity in sharing your knowledge and experience.
