  • Greetings from Calgary Canada

Hi everyone. When I lived in the UK in 2006-2008, I once tried to make a pizza. It was awful. A short trip to Florence later introduced me to the glory of thin-crust pizza. I found a G3 Ferrari Pizza Express "Napoli" in a local hardware store, and held it on my lap for the flight back to the UK (and then later back to Canada). Since that time, I've made hundreds upon hundreds of pizzas for my family and my friends and burned out 4 G3 Ferrari ovens, always dreaming of the day when I'd own my own house and be able to build my own forno oven.

Ladies and gentlemen, that day is today.

I am now beginning to plan my forno oven. I would use it for my 4-member family on a weekly basis, and for entertaining (parties of 6-20). I'm currently reading through the downloadable plans, and will keep updating here as I go through my build. Thanks for the great plans, and I look forward to joining the community!

    Kind regards,
    Korey
