Hi all,

I'm Matthew and I'm from Tasmania, Australia. I'm about to attempt a wood-fired oven build. I must say it's a bit scary; from all the renos I've undertaken this is actually the most daunting. I can tell there's a great base of people here so I'm sure help won't be far away.

Welcome to a great source of information and people willing to help. Keep us all up to date with your build progress and post pics as you go. Its fun to watch them come together and see different peoples design ideas.

Welcome aboard. You are in the right place. Enjoy the build its great fun a little frustrating at times specially when you can't find your ear muffs. Why is it that things disappear, do you have to spend time looking for them.
