First time on any forum of any kind. Have started building an oven and am getting to the point where I think it would be a good idea to get more information before I get to a point where I am in over my head and have no way to back out. Appreciate any help I can get.

Looks like everyone is real involved in turkey cooking and brining recipes.
The best place to start is to go to the Forno shop select a set of FREE plans and put them in you shopping trolley. You'll then be sent a PDF of oven plans. It's all in there materials lists, plans for stand, construction methods .... And have a big read.

Also go to the Newbie section and look for a thread called Forno Bravo Treasure Archives by Lburou. Here you will find links to various some of the well documented WFO builds.Russell
