Hello from Colorado

I live high in the mountains above Ridgway, CO. Currently, I am just cooking pizza using Jim Laheys approach in my electric oven; heating my stone to 500, switching to broil, and propping the door open while baking.
I hope to build an oven soon, and came here to learn more about what it will take.

Good luck. Lots of great info on here. There are several of us on the forum from Colorado, in case you need advice, input on local material, etc.
