Hello from New Orleans

[Phriday]

I've been bitten by the "do it old school" bug and I love pizza, so...

I will be moving my family to a new home in a couple of months, so have no immediate plans to begin construction of my oven, but when I do get started, I need to finish quickly or I will run out of steam and have a pile of firebricks in my back yard.

Although I have not heard from Tu Dat in a while he is from Nawlins and maybe a resource for you "Banhxeo76". Also Gulf is close by in MS another great resource as well.
