Building my first WFO and got to a point I needed to delve further so figured I'd make it official and sign up.
A little about myself, married father of two. I'm a bit of a (self proclaimed) renaissance man; somewhere between hobbyist and avid baker, roast my own coffee, brew my own beer, write my own emails. I mean the list doesn't stop! I've always wanted a WFO and since I'm redoing a good portion of my back yard I've opted to make my dream a reality. I've gotten as far as the insulated hearth and ready for the cooking floor and dome construction.
anyways, glad to join. I don't mind going by Brewer, but if you're not awesome enough, cool enough, or smart enough, I'll also respond to Joel
Anywho, want to know anything else just ask. Well except my bank routing info; NOT making that mistake twice!
