Hi all! I've been loading up on all the info this wonderful forum has to offer and decided that I would join the circus, mostly due to the fact that I am in the beginning stages of my own WFO build and my new buddy Gulf said I better get over here and let the pro's help me out.
I just recently finished a 500 gallon reverse flow smoker build, trailer and all. So I figured that I would give this WFO a shot since I've wanted one for quite a while.
Not sure if any of your are into bbq smokers but here is the build thread for that over at the BBQ Brethren forum: 500 Gallon Reverse Flow Build - The BBQ BRETHREN FORUMS.
I will start a separate build thread but I am planning on a 42" Pompeii enclosed build.
