Hey everyone. I'm Matt, and I'm from Wisconsin. Over the last few months I've been working on my 26" oven, and just completed it last week, with my final "seasoning" burn last night. Tonight, I made my first pizza, and I have to say, it was well worth the effort. Anyways, here are some pics of the build and the entree.

Congratulations on completing your oven. As you will see, there is a limit to the number of photos per post. If you wish to document your build, you can upload them to a site like picasa and then provide a link to the album. Enjoy the pizza and have fun. BruceLink to my build here:

Matt, congrats on the oven. I'm starting my first one in the Twin Cities and am a little hesitant about the construction of the slab on top of the concrete block walls. Did you use a light weight concrete mix with vermiculite as the insulation layer under the fire brick floor?
Enjoy the pizzas and all the other good thinks to cook in there.
