Hi Everyone,
I'm Dave and I live about 3 hours north of Sydney in Australia.
I did my apprenticeship as a chef many years ago and the hotel I worked at had pizza oven that I have very fond memories of.
A family from our church also have an oven that I have cooked in a few times and so I decided to build one in our back garden.
I'll throw some pics up of the process and where it's up to now in the right thread.
I look forward to picking your brains and hopefully contributing some info too.
