Hi All. Been on the search for info on wood burning ovens and came across you guys a couple of months ago. What a brilliant source and some great work. Love the outdoor cooking, built a tandoori oven out of a 45 gallon drum and a U.D.S with great tasting results, although trying to stick nan bread to the side of the tandoor results in the loss of hair! im sure the pizza oven will be the same. Building a pompeii out of mostly recycled material. Got a load of bricks from storage heaters and a couple of hundred blue solid bricks which have chips,free from a builders merchant I use, just got to get a few more bits together and will make a start. Im sure I will be asking questions if I cant find them first, thanks again to all the contributors cant wait to get started!
