G'day to everyone. I am from the NW coast of Tasmania, Australia. I have been lurking on and off for about 18 months researching wood fired ovens. I have decided to jump in and build a brick oven in the Pompeii style and in late 2014 purchased a kit from the Melbourne Fire Brick Co. I have started digging my stand foundations and will post my build as I go. I have allowed 9 months for my build - my aim is to cook Pizza for Christmas.
