Hi all,
I looked at FB site about a year ago when the idea of an oven first crept up.. I have since found enough books to read, including the pompeii oven ebook that now when i am looking at the posts it doesnt seem to be a foreign language!
We are looking to build an ovenin the backyard with a prep/work area to one side and a space for wood or charcoal grill to the other.
Ideas are starting to make sense, and hopefully I can find the appropriate places to post my questions
