Hello from NYC

Hi everyone, I'm in NYC and like everyone here trying to enjoy the summer after a rough winter season. I discovered this FORUM looking into DIY brick oven and it's really amazing. I'm building a rocket stove with some fire bricks I got from a friend but after I learned and watched all this video of DIY projects I'm very exited about building an oven.

I'm considering using a steel drum as a base since those steel drums are very easy to get. For the moment I'm reading and researching a lot and hopefuly soon will start some DIY projects.
