Just had my Fuera Wood Fired Oven installed yesterday.
It's been a long wait as I have remodelled our garden with the ultimate aim of a WFO.
There is on these forums another Kiwi with the same make oven, member called Tank.
It's a 35 inch cooking area.
Interestingly it has an inner and an outer door. The inner seals off the the oven from the chimney and the outer includes the chimney.
Elliot the maker also puts 72 hours of heat through it before delivery, taking it up to 300c.

He hand makes the peels as well.
The table to the right is a macrocarpa base with a concrete top, which is also made by Elliott.
He is a true artisan.

Elliott will put a door in the base and plaster the blocks in the coming weeks.
