I have just about finished my first oven. I have made provisions to embed a few thermocouples to within 1/4 inch of coming through both the apex of the dome and the floor, also I plan on coming through the chamber walls on both sides. Any thoughts on height were they should enter the chamber such as midway between floor and apex?
