Hi Mike-the-Scot! Welcome to the forum! This is a great place for info; lots of creative and experienced people more than eager to help. A great place to start is by downloading the free plans from the Forno Bravo website. These walk you through all of the steps to give you a basic understanding of what lies ahead.
A word of advice from me, dont skimp on the planning part...think this through from beginnning to end. Good luck!
