Hi Folks, as the new owner of a Royal Mediterrani 1000cm wood burning oven, I just wanted to say hi to all forum members. The FB website and Forum have been a fantastic sources of information for my project which I started a few months ago. Finally got my oven mounted on the base a few weeks ago and after going through the curing process, have managed to cook my first pizzas, BBQ ribs, steaks and also baked some fresh bread. I'm now looking for a supplier of terracotta style exterior tiles (with bullnose) to lay around the oven and adjacent worktop and wanted to ask members if they can recommend any suppliers - Scotland based would be more cost effective due to delivery costs, but happy to hear any suggestions. Hi Elvis,
You could also try UK wood fired oven forum for more local info. I think I've seen lots of those type of tiles on step edges and on swimming pools, should be readily available from tiling outlets.
