Hello fellow pizza lovers. You can call me Thrice. This is my first time posting in the forum and decided I should introduce myself before calling upon the wisest of you for precious knowledge. To say I have payed my dues to the pizza gods would be a lie. But I am an eager student and willing to learn. I don't take posts lightly and will try my best to refrain from diluting the board with unnecessary "junk." My interested include custom made wood fired ovens. Both from a construction, as well as a culinary standpoint. More specifically Pizza trailers. Catering, code/ordinance, etc. Thanks all and it's good to be here.

Welcome and enjoy your journey. The amount of stuff to be learned during your build and then the joy you get from using the oven that you spent so many hours working on is truly fantastic. It is one of the best projects I have ever taken on and frankly changed me from a DIY perspective. There is not much I wouldn't tackle after building my Pompeii.
