Fire Champion Pizza! We are hoping to fire up the oven and serve pizza by the spring of 2017 in Oregon. There a many logistics still to sort out, but looking for feedback on our current design, ideas for service locations and venues, and general comments...Also specifically wondering where to begin (custom trailer builders or retrofitting) once we have a design in mind. I've attached a sketch of the profile and top view for the current design. Plan is to roll the pizza make line out from the cart, build and fire pizza outside of cart under a canopy, while the inside of the cart will house the three sink and hand wash system, potentially another refrigeration unit, and space for electrical, plumbing, etc. THANKS!!!
