I just broke ground on my base. Gonna purchase a Premio oven. Likely the 40". Hopefully finish tomorrow.

I think you will be happy with a 40" that is the size that I built and it has plenty of room for whatever you want to cook. I also did a corner build can't wait to see how it turns out.

Thanks Randy, yeah I plan to do pizzas breads and maybe some roasting. I just think ill be able to do pizzas at a time and I think this should be suffice. I'll keep posting pictures of my progress. I'll hopefully finish the base today.Comment

I some times do 2 pizzas at a time but much more gets hard to mannage. Otherwise you can easily fit a roaster and a few pans in to the oven.
