Hi All - Base done, now the fun part

G'day folks,

Long time pizza lover here about to build the real deal. Have recently built my base and ready to get the oven underway this weekend. Will post some pics in the oven section, but thought I'd better drop a note here and say hi.

Good Luck Tim, what size are you building? I have just started digging my base and I'm going for a 32" Pompei

I'm doing a similar pompeii 40" brick oven. Fingers crossed I'll get most of it completed this coming weekend - big weekend ahead ;-)
