Been getting Forno Bravo newsletters for a few years and finally got me a oven. Wanted to build a Pompei but I just don't have the energy and experience at my age so I bought a Casa 80 and this is how it turned out

The FB's Casa fill a nice niche. So congrats on you new oven. If you have not cured the oven yet, do follow the curing instructions closely. It is really easy too go too high to quickly.
