Hi everyone. My name is Anthony and hail from Costa Mesa, California. I've been lurking these forums for the better part of two years now and I think I'm at the point where it's almost time to start remodeling the backyard. Included in my wishlist is building the Pompeii style wood fire oven!
I'm currently using a compact Pizzaria Pronto to bake my pies, which works great, but it's definitely no WFO. I have an acquaintance in Arizona who's build their own WFO, and the envy in me rages!
