Last spring I purchased and installed a wood fired oven something I had wanted for a few years. It's a Pizzaioli oven made by Impex Fire (a company located in Portugal). I ordered this from Authentic Pizza Ovens located in Scottsdale, AZ USA. I cook in it most weekends if the weather permits otherwise I'm cooking in ceramic Kamado grills. I try and cook all types of dishes not just pizza. Here she is in all her glory.
