Hi Everyone,
I recently had a Vesuvio 100g installed, and fired it up for the first time last night. It's a gorgeous oven with a custom glass tile finish. Forno Bravo did an amazing job with the tile work. Getting it onto my back deck was quite the project unto itself, involving a 75 ton crane that hoisted the oven and custom aluminum stand over my house onto the deck. The oven is the cornerstone of our new outdoor kitchen project. I'm excited for the entire thing to come together, but I'm even more excited to start enjoying some pizzas.
