Completely new here. I've considered a pizza oven in the past, but the wife mentioned it recently and you all know when she suggests something, that is pretty much permission.. Same with my last three motorcycles.
Anyway, I have been looking on YouTube for ideas, builds, etc. and ran across a video by Lee McNeil who built a dual purpose oven/smoker. Right up my alley, as I build and use drum smokers. He mentioned this forum, so here I am. Gonna try and learn as much as I can.

Quite a few threads here discussing oven/smoker combinations. Just my opinion but if you have a good smoker use it and avoid compromising your oven to use it for something it may not have the optimum geometry for. That said if you see where others have had success and you like what they have built have at it. Lots of folks on the forum willing to help.
