Using the oven after 4 months not being used......

We have a Milan 750 Pizza, which we love. Cured and used the oven a few times to cook pizzas etc then stopped using it in August. Now want to start using the oven again - Dec - do we need to start with low temp fires even though we already cured it and if so what temp and how many fires?

Welcome to the forum. Imo, it depends on how much moisture the oven may have taken on since the last firing. If only humididty, just take it slow on the first firing. If water penetration from rain is possible, go back to the drying schedule recommended by your oven's manufacturer.
