    In 2012 I built an outdoor brick oven using Forno Bravo's Pompeii instructions. My daughter decided she could not wait until it was completed and
    invited several of her high school friends over for a Smores party. ( I put tinfoil down to protect my fire brick cooking deck.) . Flash forward to 2015. So much success in pizza and bread, I purchased a building on the Courthouse Square and am building an artisan bakery. I have up-graded to FB Professional 110 kit, gas fired (dual fuel). I took delivery January 7, 2020. I will be posting pictures and progress reports and asking lots and lots of questions. Thanks
