Bought my fourth oven this week and picked it up N. California and it’s now sitting in sunny San Diego. Been a few years since I’ve had one and look forward to getting her fired up and working.
Pizza is a passion and I’ve been working on sourdough for many years with lots of failures and some successes. Bagels are amazing from the oven after a good night of pizza.
