First off, thank you all for this forum. The shear mass of documentation and information is staggering. I've wanted to build an oven for several years and am getting close to a living situation that will allow it. I've read the FB plans, and have been trying to absorb as much as possible from the great builds on this site. I'm in the modeling stage and when I have something presentable I'll start a build page. So many questions... Thanks again and take care in these crazy times!
