with no practical experience but hours and hours spent on YouTube and this forum I decided to go for my first pizza oven plus bbq.

I am going to give you a heads up. The current rage on You Tube are v or pcrete domes. These are not in your best interest to pursue, seems we end up seeing these builds come over to the FB blog asking for help after the fact. There are some good builds on You Tube but a host of bad ones as well who just want "subscriptions or likes" on their video. Here on the forum you have access to hundreds of builders in one spot.

for a newbie like me sometimes is impossible to distinguish a good or a bad “construction” , and having so many videos on YouTube sometimes it’s only confusing.
The day after pouring the concrete slab I had a bike accident and now I cannot move my wrists for a while... so I’m reading like a bible the Pompei Oven plan ( almost like my graduation thesis) and try to learn the most from you mentors .
Hope not to be too tedious with all my questions/ doubts, maybe I’ll help you releasing the Pompei oven plan V 3.0
