New member and needs help

Hello!
I currently have this brick oven in my backyard. I would like to fix it up to turn into a pizza oven but I am having difficulty figuring out what needs to be done to it to do that. Any tips would be helpful! I have attached some pictures of it

I suggest you download the eplans from Forno Bravo retail site, they are free (now) and it will give you a baseline of WFO oven design and construction. Then you can look at what you have to work with with your existing oven to see if using what you have is really feasible or effective to make an WFO pizza oven.
