I just joined this forum as many of my "internet searches" ended up here anyway. I own a commercial pizza oven imported from my home country but I like to experiment and make new things all the time. Recently I started a project to build my own electric oven, "tuned" for pizza. Here I have embedded an oven element into grooves carved in firebricks. Unfortunately the heating is very uneven.
