Hi all,
I have been researching and dreaming about a wood fired oven for years now.
Looking forward to the day when I can cook a pizza and a whole animal in a backyard oven!
I have recently started a corner oven build (1000mm (39 inch) internal diameter dome brick style) and will add this build to the regional Australia page on the forum.

Hey Brad, welcome to the forum and building journey. My oven is a 39" corner so you might want to take a look at my build thread and see if there are any ideas you can use or improve on.. 39 is a good size and you ought to be able to fit that whole animal in, although the hooves might stick out ;-)
