I've been looking at your forum for a couple of day and feel like a kid in a candy store. Love the photos of folks getting togather building ovens and it make me want to build one of my own.

Is there anywhere to buy plan for pizza oven?

Hey Jack-

On the home page of the site, scroll down on the left hand side and click on "Pompeii Brick Oven" this is a downloadable PDF of step by step instructions. I built mine directly from these plans. They're free!

Don't forget to post your questions and take lots of pics of your progress!

once you download your free plans and read them several times, once you have decided what you want, where you want it and how to build it, you might just download the e-cookbooks for breads and cooking also for free!
There's a great deal to find here.
