G'day friends
Just popped in to say hi. Found this site after searching another site i'm associated with. Very impressed to say the least.I built my oven 12 months ago and think cooking this way is fantastic. Cook pizza mainly(experimenting with Jeff Varasano's dough recipe/ brilliant) roasts and other baked foods.Look forward to learning new ways to use my oven from everyone at this forum
