Hi all...
I have been lurking for a loooong time now. I used this site for lots of info for a smoker I built. In the firebox I made pizza one time and now my wife actually suggested that I build a pizza oven! At least I don't have to sell the idea to anyone.
I am in the earily planning stages still, but hope to begin construction within the next month or two. Luckily down here in Fl, I can work through the winter.
I love this site. It's full of information and everyone seems so helpful. I'm looking forward to the build.
