I would most certainly add some buttressing to the side walls as the barrel roof will collapse again. I also see that you have your chimney let into your oven area which will not allow your oven to hold any heat. Brick this up, put in a division wall allowing for an entrance door and have the chimney void in front of the oven chamber. This need to be a reasonable size to eliminate smoke exiting your fire out the front.
