Two suggestions:

-Change your thread header from "just wondering" to something like "fitting an oven for gas".

- Don't rig your oven for gas unless you are an expert with gas systems.

It is the official position of Forno Bravo that gas systems in home ovens are not safe. Please take all such discussions off line.
