  • Cooking and use of oven in rainy damp climate

I am looking at building a Casa 2G90 We live in a cool wet climate. Can you use a wood fored oven when it is raining, considering the humidity level?

The trick to any oven location/installation is to keep the inside of the oven dry.

If the oven is not under a cover, you want an enclosure or outer surface that directs the atmospheric moisture off and away from the oven. If the inside of the oven is dry, you're in business.

Many members here are in your neck of the woods and their ovens do well.
