42" Corner Build Slab/block stand opinion

Howdy folks,

After seeing Les's fine build, I think I am going to change my orientation of the pizza oven for the grill area I am looking to build. If anyone has time to look over I really would appreciate it, now that I am changing to corner mount (not as shown on drawing), was wondering if my slab dimensions will need to change, and if anyone has a block corner build if they could bounce ideas my way in regards to layout. Felt pretty confident about old layout, not too sure if I know exactly how to set up corner build. The slab will abut an existing concrete patio. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Hey Pat

I know the feeling of changing your mind about the build. In fact reading your little post made me reconsider the idea of a corner type unit since I haven't started building yet either. But to your request on input regarding your brick layout here is the thought I had. What if you took the brick off the back end of the 32" opening, add them to the front side of the 32" opening then add a retaining wall right down the middle for extra support and to creat two separate storage areas? This is an idea I got from Dino_Pizza and his awesome build. Of course if you have something specific you want to put in that storage area then completely ignore what I just said. Just a thought. Of course that idea works with the base you had drawn out (more rectangular) but would need a bit more modifying if you were going to a corner build. Sorry if my input was confusing.
