Looking for a pizza oven after trying pizza from an oven my cousin built.. I dont want the hassle and time of building one and would like a prebuilt.. Wondering.. Will I get the same heat retention from say and Andiamo oven versus a non metal housing one like a Primavera or Toscana? Also, if I do get a larger, heavier oven such as the Toscana, will I be able to lift it up with an engine lift?
