    MLyon,
Can you describe how much insulation the oven has where, how long you burned your fire before starting your pizzas and how successful pizza making has been in this oven before the rain.

As always, pictures and details will help us to help you.

We recommend oven owners do a "mini" cure after rainy weather for about three days. This way, you can eliminate excess moisture.

We built the igloo oven from here. It has 3inches of the vermiculite/cement insulation, stucco, and sealed. We had an awesome summer of pizza-no glitches at all. I'm thinking we didn't start the fire early enough-it was only 3 hours-we went off what worked before in dry weather and it has been super wet here.
        how long is a mini-curing?
        thank you for the ideas!!!
