Need Flue advice in DF-W

Working on a new wood fired oven in Fort Worth and wondering where I can find a 6" Flue. What material is best? Best place to buy? Is 6" the right diameter for a 3' oven?

I did a google search for masonry suppliers and called them until I found what I needed. Don't remember which one we used, but there are several suppliers in the metroplex.
