I decided to build a small 28 inch pompeii because my needs are small. I just need to be able to cook separately a 12 inch pizza, a whole chicken, and one or two loaves of bread will cover all of my cooking needs in terms of size and space. So I am looking for plans for this size. Insulation, landing, width and height of entry and height of dome and so on...... If you can help me, thanks.
