Well, I wanted an oven, maybe not this big but I feel that I got it for a good price and it was easy enough to move. I'm going to try to get the gas working tomorrow and hopefully build a fire in it and get it up to temp. Im planning on test cooking pizza Thursday night and maybe make some more Friday night. Any suggestions? I have made pizza on my BIG GREEN EGG before!
