Well at least we have another good example of how not to build an oven.
Brickie, David, Les, and others tried to warn you, give you advise and even a little prodding to get you to build your oven properly. And the end result was ... Well not great.
You mentioned several times in your posts, "In theory" but the people giving you advise are experienced "In practice" people and sometimes theory or our perception of it is trumped by "Real Life".
I do speak from experience because my first oven was done with economy in mind and I ended up tearing it down (it did not fall down like yours) but it was for the best. Brickie is also on his second oven due to design flaws in his first and I know we are both happier with our second ovens.
The people giving you advice here are some of the most helpful and knowledgable people on the planet with regarded to WFO building and you will learn a lot if you just listen to what they are trying to tell you.
Today I took out the "supporting" frame and the roof caved in.. bugger!! was just about to put the chimney up.
Guess I have to buy more bricks and shape it proper... shit!
Did you place wedges under your form so it can drop? This makes removal of the form easy and will not disturb your brickwork. Could be a cause of your failure.
