  • Best book(s) on building an wood oven?

    Hello,

Just new here and planning to build a wood fired oven.. Also it seems there are a lot of books and manuals.

My question: which books or manuals do you consider the best/most useful?

    Thanks in advance!

Download the Pompeii oven plans from FornoBravo.. Along with this forum and the knowledgeable minds here..you won't need a book or manual IMO!

I second that! When I went into this, I was convinced I wanted to build a vault. After finding this forum my mind changed. Most ovens have something to offer (some are just a path to crap). The plans here, in my opinion, will give you the most versatile oven you can build.
