Freezing Pizza Dough question

Hi All:

I follow the Pizza recipe from Forno Bravo, I am confused as when I should freeze the dough. Should it be before I rest the balls for 90min or after?

I do not know the recipe, but I would freeze them before, then let them rise when they thaw.
